In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may qualify for a product exchange or credit card refund once we have received your returned items within 30 days from the purchase date. - For exchange: Let us know if you would like an exchange of the same product or a credit amount applied to a new order, which we can process once we’ve received your return

Once you have received a Nordic Glow return confirmation email, you may proceed to ship your items. Please do not send returned products before receiving our confirmation email.
